RFA Minister Antonio Jai Knox is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, where
he grew up as a member of Wynn’s Tabernacle Fire Baptized Holiness Church, in College Park, Georgia. He is currently serving on the leadership team of Rehoboth Fellowship of Atlanta, as an Intercessor and the Pastoral Care Lead under the leadership and spiritual guidance of Senior Pastor Troy Sanders and Associate Pastor La Cretia Bellamy.
From a very young age, God’s influence on Antonio’s life was evident in his speaking, teaching and ministering to others. It was prophesied that he had a great anointing and calling on his life. The later events of time would serve as testimonies of preparation for his ministry.
Capitalizing on the opportunity to see the world, a young Antonio joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served faithfully for 8 years. He would follow this commitment by studying Criminal Justice at Florida A&M University, and go on to spend 7 years as a Deputy Sheriff for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department in Atlanta, Georgia.
Minister Antonio answered the call to ministry at Victory for the World Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia, under Dr. Kenneth L. Samuel and then, Assistant Pastor Troy Sanders. After the completion of a rigorous MIT program, he became a licensed minister on May 28, 2014.
During his travels as a Maintenance Engineer for Pepisco, Antonio was sent to Houston Texas, where he would complete training under the program of Senior Pastor Dr. Joe Ratliff at the Sunday School Equipping Institute of Brentwood Baptist Church and serve as a Sunday School teacher for the Warriors for Christ.
In August of 2016, Minister Antonio was spiritually compelled to return home to Atlanta Georgia and to answer the call of service at Rehoboth Fellowship of Atlanta. He will be entering Morehouse College as a Sophomore in the Fall of 2019, majoring in Philosophy with a minor in Religion. Antonio is married to Andrea Knox with three children - Xavier, Justin and Tyler.
The Master Servant comes from a lineage of pastors with roots in the Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C.), where he served for many years in various leadership positions. However, after becoming spiritually enlightened, he shed the confines of religious dogma and decided to live out loud and free. Hence, this visionary is passionate about aiding people in becoming spiritually awakened, free (shedding the bondage of conditioning and limited thinking), and loving people to healing. Consequently, he embraces spiritual integration as well as radical inclusivity and expansion, activating the concepts and sharing the unconditional love of God wherever he goes and with all whom he comes in contact. Furthermore, this gifted light bearer advocates for and fosters visibility, equality, justice, acceptance, unity, and freedom for all people amongst other things. For, he appreciates and understands that at the intersection of life, spirituality and social justice work together for good providing hope and illuminating the path to the sacred reality (liberation). There is no doubt that the Master Servant is called to serve all people and for a time such as this. To experience this visionary is to be challenged to transcend the status quo, the ordinary, and predictable to arrive at the true ecclesia, which, oversimplified, he views as the gathering or coming together of all people (no exceptions) as one body, in spirit, love, and truth for the purposes of offering praises to God and to bring about and sustain life, peace, and freedom.
AmunDayo has studied with a variety of credible teachers from various institutions and spiritual paths. He earned a degree in Communication as well as certification in Ministry Studies. Currently, he is pursuing his graduate studies in Divinity at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California.
